Upa-Yoga

Angamardana

Angamardana is a series of 31 processes system rooted in Yoga that invigorate the body and reach peak physical fitness and mental health“Angamardana” means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs and other parts of the body.

Surya Kriya

Surya Kriya is a potent 21 steps yogic practice of tremendous antiquity, designed as a holistic process for health, wellness, and complete well-being. Surya Kriya traditionally available only to select groups of yogis, Surya Kriya is a comprehensive spiritual practice that is ideal for the hectic pace of today’s world.

Yogasanas

Yogasanas are a way of aligning the inner system and adjusting it to the celestial geometry, thereby becoming in sync with the existence and naturally achieving a chemistry of healthfulness, joyfulness, blissfulness, and above all, balance.

BhutaShuddhi

BhutaShuddhi is a process of purifying the five elements within the human system leading to harmony and balance. Allowing one to cleanse the body and prepare for more powerful sadhanas.

Surya Shakti

Surya Shakti is an active form of the Sun Salutation, an ancient yogic practice which containing powerful sequence of 18 postures. When we do any yogic practice, which is physical in nature, the focus is mainly to strengthen those, not to pump up your muscles. 

Mantra yoga (AUM)

AUM is a combination of the three primordial syllables – “Aaa”, “Ooo”, and “Maa”. AUM chanting is a powerful practice that aligns the three fundamental aspects of the system – body, mind and energy. AUM chanting creates a powerful basis for further inner exploration.

Nada Yoga

Nada Yoga uses the power of sound to activate a particular kind of energy in different parts of the body, bringing a lasting sense of inner pleasantness. Bhastrika

Shanmukhi Mudra

Shanmukhi mudra is a simple but subtle practice that brightens and rejuvenates the face and eyes and brings about a state of balance leading toward increased awareness and meditativeness.

Chit Shakti Meditations

Eye Practices

The eye care programme offers a natural way through yogic practices to improve these vision related issues. Jala Neti

Jala Neti is a simple but effective process of cleansing the nasal passages with salt water using a copper jala neti pot designed by Sadhguru. The process makes breathing easier by helping air enter the lungs unimpeded by mucus and dirt which easily builds up during the day.

  • Note that attendance on all days is mandatory.
  • Please come on an empty stomach condition: Finish a meal 4 hours prior to the class, snack 2.5 hours prior, beverage or cigarette 1.5 hours before the class.
  • Please wear comfortable, loose clothing (cotton best).
  • After class support – Correction and review sessions are available if needed.
