Designed by Sadhguru to be of universal appeal and application, Angamardana needs no fitness equipment. It uses your own body weight and movement and can be practiced anywhere, even during travel.

Practice Requirements

Age 8+ 
Intensity – High
No previous experience necessary
Duration – 5 sessions, 3.5 hours each session (weekend program)
All the Sessions are Mandatory. 

Empty Stomach Requirement:

  • Meals should be consumed 4 hours before class
  • Snacks can be consumed 2.5 hours before class
  • Beverages can be consumed at least 1.5 hours before class


Pregnant women and people with serious back disease should not practice Angamardana.
People with following conditions should consult a doctor before practicing:

Back, neck, leg, or hip disease
Active Hernia
Artificial Joint replacement
Heart disorder

People with active hernia must do Angamardana with caution. If any process is not comfortable for them, they should avoid it.
