Practice Requirements

Age 14+

Intensity – Medium

No previous experience necessary

Duration of Initial Classes are-

i) 2 sessions, 3 hrs 30 min/session. Both Sessions are required.

ii) 3 sessions, 2 hrs 30 min/session

iii) 4 sessions, 2 hrs/session

iv) 5-6 sessions, 1 hr 30 min/session

(You can choose the program depending on your time schedule. But whichever program you choose, all the sessions are required.)

 

Empty Stomach Requirement:

  • Meals should be consumed 4 hours before class
  • Snacks can be consumed 2.5 hours before class
  • Beverages can be consumed at least 1.5 hours before class

Precaution

  • Pregnant women and people with serious back disease or active hernia should not practice Surya Kriya.
  • People with any injury/disease/artificial joint replacement should consult a doctor before practicing.
